Clarity, Commitment and Consistency
We’re back in the gym. Properly this time. After too long out, we had a false start. Tried a small local gym near home. On paper it worked. In reality it didn’t. Constantly squeezing past people mid set. No follow up. No real communication. It just didn't feel right! So we kept looking. Then we found the one.

Brand new.
Air conditioned, which really matters in Bali.
Huge space across multiple levels.
Room to move, think and actually train properly.
Reformer Pilates on site.
And a rooftop where I might even convince myself to try sunrise or sunset yoga.
More importantly, it feels like a place we’ll actually show up to.
So we committed.
A full year.
50 PT sessions.
20 Pilates classes.
All prepaid for Nick Clift and I.
No more “we’ll see how we go”.
I’ve seen this play out so many times with leadership teams.
Clarity first.
Then commitment.
Then accountability.
You don’t get consistency by hoping for it.
You build it by making a clear decision and backing it.
This is one of those moments.
What’s something you’ve been meaning to commit to but haven’t fully locked in yet?
