Coastal Winds and Quarterly Wins: A Morning in Wallaroo

It’s all part of the experience. There is something grounding about the drive toward the Spencer Gulf. Today, I’m stopping for a quick coffee before heading into an EOS Quarterly session with the team at M.A. Skinner Contracting in Wallaroo. The wind is absolutely crazy out here today. If you’ve ever spent time on the Yorke Peninsula, you know that when the Spencer Gulf decides to show its teeth, you certainly feel it. But there is a certain energy in that wild weather, a reminder that while we can’t control the elements or the market, we can certainly control how we navigate through them.

That is exactly what today is about. Quarterly sessions are the heartbeat of the EOS process. It’s our time to pause, look at the wind blowing around the business, and ensure the leadership team stays upright and moving in the right direction.

With M.A. Skinner Contracting, we’re diving back into the discipline of the model, checking our Rocks, and making sure the vision is as clear as it was ninety days ago.

Now, I’m just crossing my fingers that this coffee is as strong as the breeze outside.

Onward to a great session.
