We hired him straight out of high school as a trainee

From day one he was all in

He did not just show up he leaned in

He was at every social event

He volunteered for every overtime shift

When we had a major outage and it was all hands on deck he was right there in the middle of it keen to learn and determined to help the team win

He left us for a while to find his own path and then he came back

Watching that evolution has been one of the highlights of my career

He has grown into an incredible technician but more importantly an incredible person

He is the kind of person who shows up when it matters whether that is a complex technical issue or a challenge in life

The topic for this episode is the journey from trainee to tech legend

We often talk about talent as something you find but more often it is something you build

It is shaped through alignment work ethic and a shared culture
