Seven years ago, March 2019, I took a leap and became an EOS Implementer.
It has been a journey defined by clarity, growth, and a fair share of lessons learned the hard way.
Building a practice isn’t just about teaching a system.
It’s about the wins, the fails, and the constant evolution required to help leadership teams get what they want from their businesses.
Every step has been a building block to where I am today.
I’m now officially living my "EOS Life."
I relocated to Bali, fulfilling a longtime dream to "live warm" while continuing to serve my clients with the same intensity and focus.
This milestone doesn't happen in a vacuum.
A massive thank you to my family Nick Clift, Oscar Clift, and Sam Clift. Your support made this transition and this career possible.
To my current and former clients: thank you for trusting me to sit in the room with you.
Helping you find alignment and accountability is why I do this.
And to my fellow EOS Worldwide Implementers: we have a rare community.
In a world that can be cutthroat, we choose to build each other up.
I’m grateful for the collective wisdom and support.
One of our core values is "Help First."
Having sold out of our business several years ago and now working the hours I choose, I feel like I finally have the space to truly live that value.
I am not finished yet.
I am still actively building my practice, still love what I do, and still love the people I work with.
If you are on your own EOS journey and need a hand, reach out.
I am always happy to Help First.
What does your "EOS life" look like, and what is stopping you from building the business that supports it?
